First day in Charlottesville and loving it already! Bit of an early start after a long day travelling but we soon woke up and had a good time. I love the uni already, every building looks the same with the red brick and white pillars. There is a real sense of community , everyone is so friendly and happy to help. They all LOVE Thomas Jefferson! Everyone we’ve talked to mentioned him. The weather is amazing, we’re all sunburt. We just toured the uni and met students, just a chilled out day. It will be good to experience American uni life tomorrow. 🙂
